By using this site, purchasing any products, or services, from Faribault Web, LLC (dba Chili Leads) (“The company”) or utilizing any of the products or services from the company through this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. You should check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. By using this site after we post any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. With regard to products and services purchased or utilized from the company, the version of these terms and conditions that were posted at the time of purchase or utilization apply. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use, do not use this site.

General Terms & Conditions

Scope: these terms & conditions apply to your use of all websites at ChiliLeads.com, as well as any of their sub-domains.

Installment plan: by using our products or providing your credit card, and other information, you (“the customer”) agree to these terms and conditions, and if you are selecting the installment payment plan, you are agreeing to allow us to charge your card for the proper installments.

Restrictions on use: don’t misuse any information provided to you on ChiliLeads.com, or in our Facebook group. The content in the training modules are protected by copyright and trademark law and is all property of the owner of such content unless expressly stated otherwise. You and only you may access the material. You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in any way exploit the content of the modules, or other information not publicly shared outside of the group unless you receive prior written permission from the company, or other owners, to do so.

Links: we are not responsible for the availability of any other site to which this site links. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the contents, advertising, products or other materials made available through any other site. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services available on any other site. You should direct any concerns to that site administrator or webmaster. We do not endorse, warrant or guarantee any products or services offered on any third party site. We are not a party to and do not monitor, any transaction between users and third-party providers of products or services.

In the event that the customer is under 18 years old, the customer will immediately discontinue using the products purchased from the company or provide an email proving and confirming that he or she has received parental permission to be a part of this group. We strongly recommend that parents participate in their children's exploration of the internet and online services, and use their browser’s parental controls to limit the areas of the internet to which their children have access.

Copyright: All content included on ChiliLeads.com, or any of their sub-domains or other linked websites, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of the company or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Product/Service Purchase Agreement

Understanding of and adherence to this agreement: by accepting delivery of any product or service delivered from the company, viewing such products, or otherwise using such products or services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined throughout this agreement and described in more detail here. The customer and company agree that the terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between you and the company. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods or services from the company.

Warranties; all products and services are sold “as-is” or “with all faults”: the company makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product or service except those stated in this document. All products or services sold through or by the company are sold “as-is” or “with all faults.” the entire risk as to the quality and performance of these products or services is with the buyer. Should any of these products or services prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the company, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Product issues: in the unlikely event that customer experiences problems or have concerns regarding the company or purchases, please contact us through our website.

Refund/return policy: the customer may request a refund within 72 hours of his or her initial payment, after such time, considering the type of product and service company provides, a refund will not be issued. Refunds will not be unreasonably withheld.

Privacy Statement

Our promise to you: we are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our team.

Compliance: we regularly review our compliance with our privacy policy. We also adhere to several self-regulatory policies based on federal and state law. If we believe any unauthorized actions are being taken, we will investigate those actions with a view to prosecute or take civil action to recover damages against those responsible. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up.

About These Terms

Modification: the company may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to you, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. You should look at the terms regularly. Jurisdiction and Law: if it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms. The laws of Minnesota, USA, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or product/services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the product/services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Rice County, Minnesota, USA.
